It is requested that I, FAZAL RAHIM KHAN, applied for a TRV for tourism and sightseeing on December 29, 2024. My Temporary Resident Visa application was refused on January 02, 2025. The visa officer was not satisfied that;
– My case was not consistent with my stay
I provided the following documents to prove that I would come back to Pakistan as a part of my visa application;
That, I have been a permanent Govt. employee of Pakistan International Airlines for the last more than 21 years. I will enjoy my future retirement benefits after I rejoin my position in my current job.
That, I have travelled to nine countries for 20 times that shows my timely return to Pakistan. I never overstayed or I breach immigration laws. I wish to visit Canada only for tourism and sightseeing.
That, I am a married and permanent resident of H. No. V-124, St. 4, Mohallah Ajmari, Chaklala, Rawalpindi. I live with my wife, Ajmeen Akhtar and Naila Bibi, Daughter Neha Raheem, two sons Daniyal Fazal and Ajmal Raheem at the same address. This shows my strong conjugal and family ties to Pakistan.
That, I have my valuable property in Pakistan worthy of PKR 120,00,000.
That, I have my personal bank statements to prove that I have enough money for my stay in Canada and timely return to Pakistan.
That, I provided my valid and verifiable round-trip flight and hotel bookings.

That, I am a married and permanent resident of Koz Chanar, P/O Sawari Chanar, Tehsil Gagra, KPK, since 1986. I live with my wife Safia Amjad and one son Wisal Ahmad DOB 15 Mar 2013. This shows my strong conjugal and family ties to Pakistan.
That, I have both my personal bank with available balance of PKR 2040852 and company statements with available balance of PKR 4318841. This shows I have more than sufficient available funds for my trip to Canada.
That, I provided my valid and verifiable round-trip flight and hotel bookings.
