We follow a No Advance Policy. No upfront payment is required to start your case. You do not need to make any advance payment to begin the process of your visa application. The first invoice, which is for PKR 12,500, will be sent only after 50% of the case is complete.
*Sky Track Visa Pro Pvt. Ltd. Consultancy Payment Details:*
The total fee for visa application preparation is PKR 25,000. The first invoice of PKR 12,500 is due after 50% of the case is complete. The second invoice of PKR 12,500 will be sent when 80% of the case is complete.
*|NOTE|* In the case of a group/family application, an extra PKR 10,000 will be added for each additional applicant.

*03 Payment:* Temporary Resident Visa application fee and biometric fee: $CAN 185
≫ The applicant will pay the embassy and VFS biometric fee via his/her bank card.
*| NOTE |* $CAN 85 is exempted if the applicant has already applied for Canada.
*04 Payment:* Sky Track Visa Pro last consultancy fee of PKR 12500
≫ Last consultancy charges are demanded after the 80% case is complete.

The total duration for case preparation may vary between 3 to 14 days, depending on client requirements.
*✅ Visa Application Process:*
*Stage 1: Determine Eligibility and Gather Documents:*
Before applying, determine if you need a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) for your event, festival, or conference visit. Collect the necessary documents, including:
– Valid passport.
– Photographs meeting Canadian specifications.
– Invitation letter or registration for the event.
– Proof of financial support.
– Travel itinerary (flight and accommodation details).
*Stage 2: Create an IRCC Account and Complete the Application:*
Create a secure account on the official Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) website if you don’t already have one. Once created, log in and complete the online visa application form, providing accurate information.
*Stage 3: Pay Fees and Submit Application:*
Pay the application fee using a valid credit card. After paying, submit your completed application along with the scanned copies of all required documents.
*Stage 4: Biometrics Appointment (if required):*
If requested, schedule a biometrics appointment at a local visa application center. Submit your biometrics (fingerprints and photo) for the application.
*Stage 5: Wait for a Decision and Passport Submission:*
Wait for the decision on your application. If approved, you’ll be asked to submit your passport for visa stamping. Once you receive your visa, prepare for your trip to Canada.

– Recent digital photograph that meet Canadian visa requirements
– Invitation letter or registration confirmation for the event, festival, or conference

– Travel itinerary (flight booking and accommodation details)
– Proof of ties to your home country (employment letter, property ownership, family details)
– Copies of previous travel visas (if applicable)
– All manual and computerized previous and current passports
– Educational degrees/certificates/diplomas, mark sheets, provisional certificates (if any)
– ID card (both sides)
– Previous and recent work/job details or any other source of income (if any)
– All company-related documents (company registration, NTN)
– Two years’ company/personal tax returns (optional)
– Chamber of Commerce documents (if any)
– Nikka Nama and MRC (if any)
– Birth certificate and FRC
– Personal/company/sponsor four months’ bank statement
– Police clearance certificate (if available, must be valid)
– Property documents or rental agreement (if any)
– Any other supporting documents that may help your case
