Australia Visitor Visa from Pakistan:

Australia Visitor Stream Subclass 600 – For Tourism and Sight-seeing:
If you are outside Australia, you must hold a passport from an eligible country to apply online for a business visitor visa (subclass 600). The Business Visitor stream of a subclass 600 visitor visa is for a business person looking to visit Australia to engage in a ‘business visitor activity’, which includes:

making a general business or employment enquiry
investigating, negotiating, entering into, or reviewing a business contract
an activity carried out as part of a government visit
participating in a conference, trade fair or seminar, so long as you are not being paid for your participation.

A Subclass 600 (Business Visitor) Visa allows you to:

enter and stay in Australia for usually up to three months at a time
carry out a business visitor activity in Australia
study or train for up to three months.
If a family member wishes to travel to Australia with you, they must lodge a separate visa application.

How to apply for a Subclass 600 (Business Visitor) Visa

You must apply for a Subclass 600 (Business Visitor) Visa from outside Australia, and demonstrate that you satisfy prescribed criteria, including:

your activities will not have adverse consequences for the employment or training of Australian citizens or permanent residents
you intend to engage in a business visitor activity in Australia. For example, you should be prepared to show that you have a business background
you will not be working or selling goods or services to the public
you have the means to support yourself during your stay
you genuinely intend to stay in Australia temporarily
you meet health and character requirements.
Please note that the above list is not exhaustive and other criteria may apply. Please consult us for more details.

How we can help with your Subclass 600 (Business Visitor) Visa application

One of the main issues that can arise with a Subclass 600 (Business Visitor) Visa visa application is difficulties with showing that your proposed activity in Australia comes under the scope of a ‘business visitor activity’.

In Australia, all passport holders can apply online for a Visitor visa extension.
Important: We recommend that clients hold a passport valid for at least six months. A visitor visa can usually be granted only to a client with a valid passport.
To start an online application you will need to login to your ImmiAccount. If you do not have an ImmiAccount you will be prompted to create one.

You must add as much information as possible before you submit your application. Applications with missing information might take longer to finalise.

When completing your online application you must not copy and paste bullet points, numbering, accents etc from formatted documents into the free text fields. Only use numbers 0 – 9 and letters A – Z (upper and lower case), dashes ‘-‘ and underscores ‘_’.

Track and manage your application:
You will need to login to your ImmiAccount. If you do not have an account you will need to create one to access online visa services. You can use your account to:

continue a saved application
attach documents
update passport details
change email and address details
check progress of your application.

Transaction Reference Number:
A Transaction Reference Number (TRN) is a unique number assigned to each online application. You will need this to:

track and manage your application
identify your application when you communicate with us
check your visa entitlements.

Australian visa label requirements:
If you are granted an online Visitor visa (subclass 600) you do not need a visa label in your passport. Instead, you will be sent notification of the grant of your visa to your nominated postal or email address. Please keep this notification as it describes the conditions that apply to your visa.
