You should take note of the number you are given. You will need it later.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_blue mart20 marb10\">Step 2 Pay your visa fee \/service charge \/ purchase additional services<\/p>\n<p class=\"marb10\">You can pay you visa fee and service charge on this website.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>No visa fees or service charges will be accepted in the visa application centres. You may pay for the additional services \u00a0(optional services) in the visa application centres.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/stvisapro.com\/images\/page_images\/ireland-tourist-visa-event.jpg\" width=\"1200\" height=\"628\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"marb10\"><strong>Register your details<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"marb10\">In order to pay your visa fee and service charge on this website you will be required to register your details. You will need to have your\u00a0<strong>application transaction number<\/strong>\u00a0(printed on application summary sheet), passport number and expiry date, and an email address. You will also be required at this stage to identify if you are exempt from the visa fee and to select the exemption reason.<\/p>\n<p class=\"marb10\"><strong>Purchase Additional Services<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"marb10\">Before you complete the payment of your visa fee and service charge you will be given the option of selecting additional \u00a0services. These services are optional. They are not necessary for you to complete your application and do not influence the outcome of your application.<\/p>\n<p class=\"marb10\"><strong>Add another applicant<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"marb10\">Before you complete your payment you will have the option of adding further applicants. In order to add further applicants you will need to register their details. You will need to have their<strong>\u00a0application\/transaction number<\/strong>\u00a0(printed on application summary sheet), passport number and expiry date. You will also be required at this stage to identify if they are exempt from the visa fee and to select the exemption reason.<\/p>\n<p class=\"marb10\">Once you have completed this stage you will be asked to agree to the \u201c<a class=\"c_orange\" href=\"http:\/\/www.vfsglobalirelandvisa.com\/Pakistan\/disclaimer_and_privacy_policy.html\">terms and conditions<\/a>\u00a0\u201d before proceeding to payment. Please note that the visa fee is not refundable if you do not proceed with your application.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_blue mart20 marb10\">Step 3 Book your appointment<\/p>\n<p class=\"marb10\">If you are required to attend at a visa application centre in order to provide your biometrics and\/or submit your documents, you must book and attend an appointment at a visa application centre. Your appointment must be within\u00a0<strong>30 days<\/strong>\u00a0of the date on which you completed your online visa application form.<\/p>\n<p class=\"marb10\">Once you have completed your payment you will be given the opportunity to book your appointment on this website.<\/p>\n<p class=\"marb10\">\u00a0All visa applicants are required to book an appointment to attend at a visa application centre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_blue mart20 marb10\">Step 4 Print your appointment and payment confirmation receipt(s)<\/p>\n<p class=\"marb10\">Once you have completed the payment and appointment booking process successfully the payment receipt and appointment confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address that you provided. You must print the receipt(s) and bring them with you when you attend your appointment at the visa application centre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_blue mart20 marb10\">Step 5 Prepare your documents for your appointment<\/p>\n<p class=\"marb10\">When you attend your appointment at a visa application centre, you will need to bring a number of documents with you. These include<\/p>\n<ul class=\"list_style marb20\">\n<li>Printed and signed application summary sheet<\/li>\n<li>3 Passport sized colour photographs (please refer to the website of the\u00a0<a class=\"c_orange\" href=\"http:\/\/www.inis.gov.ie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0for photograph specifications)<\/li>\n<li>Original valid passport which has sufficient space for the insertion of the visa sticker (at least one blank page is required)<\/li>\n<li>Appointment and payment confirmation receipt(s)<\/li>\n<li>Signed letter of application including full contact details<\/li>\n<li>In the case of an applicant who is a child (a person who is under 18 years of age), their birth certificate in all cases, and if the child is travelling alone or without both parents\/guardians, signed consent from parents\/guardians accompanied by copies of the consenting parent(s)\/guardian(s) passport or national identity card which clearly shows their signatures<\/li>\n<li>Supporting documents for the relevant visa category<\/li>\n<li>Copies of all original documents (other than item 2 in this list). In the case of your passport a copy of the first five and last five pages in addition to all used pages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"marb10\">All supporting documents must be original documents and in English, or accompanied by a notarised translation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"marb10\">For guidance on the supporting documents that you may wish to consider submitting as part of your application please refer to the website of the\u00a0<a class=\"c_orange\" href=\"http:\/\/www.inis.gov.ie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service\u00a0<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The supporting documents that you submit are important because they provide information about your personal circumstances. Please note that the onus is on you to satisfy the Irish Government decision-maker that a visa should be granted for the purpose sought.<\/p>\n<p class=\"marb10\"><strong>Important Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When submitting any marriage documents with visa applications, applicants must provide the Ministry of Foreign Affairs attested marriage documents. Any\u00a0 unattested marriage document will not be accepted at the Visa application centers<\/p>\n<p>When applying for student visas applicants must provide the HEC attested educational documents accordingly. Any educational document which is not attested by the HEC will not be acceptable at the Visa Application Center<\/p>\n<p class=\"marb10\"><strong>Missing documents or copies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"marb10\">The visa application centre will\u00a0<strong>not<\/strong>\u00a0accept your application if it is missing one or more of documents 1 to 6 in the list above.<\/p>\n<p class=\"marb10\">In the event that your application is missing one or more of these documents the visa application centre will highlight the missing documents to you and will give you the opportunity to provide the missing documents the same day. If you choose not to do so you can reschedule your appointment or cancel your application.<\/p>\n<p class=\"marb10\">If your application is missing documents, other than documents 1 to 6 i.e. common supporting documents, the visa application centre will highlight the missing documents to you before accepting your supporting documents and will give you the opportunity to:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"list_style marb20\">\n<li>provide the missing documents the same day before progressing \u00a0with your application,<\/li>\n<li>proceed with your application on the condition that you sign a confirmation that the omission was highlighted to you by the visa application centre, or<\/li>\n<li>reschedule or cancel your appointment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"marb10\">If you are missing copies of original documents the visa application centre will highlight this to you and give you the opportunity to provide the missing copies the same day. You will have the option of using the photocopying services available within the visa application centre (at an additional cost) or using photocopying services available elsewhere. Alternatively you can reschedule or cancel your appointment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_blue mart20 marb10\">Step 6 Attend your appointment<\/p>\n<p class=\"marb10\">On the day of your appointment, plan to arrive 15 minutes early at the visa application centre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"marb10\"><strong>Bring your documents with you.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"marb10\">When you arrive at the visa application centre you will collect a token. Wait until your token is called to submit \u00a0your application.<\/p>\n<p class=\"marb10\">Once the visa filing process is completed you will be issued with an acknowledgment receipt. Please hold on to your receipt as you will need this later to collect your documents.<\/p>\n<p class=\"marb10\"><strong>Important note:<\/strong>\u00a0You will not be able to submit further documents once your application has been submitted at the visa application centre. The documents that you submitted at the time you made your application will be the only documents that are considered.<\/p>\n<p class=\"marb10\">You can apply for a visa up to 3 months before your date of travel to Ireland. We strongly advise you not to confirm your travel arrangements until you have received your visa.
